Internal members are part of the Types of members standards. They correspond to the members of your organization (your employees, your teams...): they have numerous permissions to view and edit content, as opposed to external members.
The aim of this distinction? To encourage open innovation while retaining control over what your internal (vs. external) project members can do and see.
💡Internal members may be individuals, but also Internal organizations !
They have privileged access to certain functions:
- To be able to consult the list of members
- They have a cross-sectional view of the list of all publications (according to the Permissions of the Smart Spaces)
- They can consult old archived Publications (depending on Smart spaces)
- They have a greater say in the evaluation of Publications
