Invitations for non-registered members

In MARYLINK, users can invite unregistered members to join the platform.

This feature is particularly useful for projects requiring collaboration with people outside the organization.

Users can invite members by entering their e-mail address. The invitation is sent to this address, and the recipient can click on a link to access a registration form. Once registered, users can access specific sections of the platform linked to the projects or ideas for which they have been invited.

Directors can also define permission levels for guest users to ensure confidentiality of sensitive data. They can also disable this feature.
