Publications

In the Smart Spaces MARYLINK, publications are content created by users to share ideas, projects, resources and so on.

These publications are integrated into Smart Spaces defined by the administrators (or moderators of the spaces), which enable them to be associated with steps (e.g.: submission > under evaluation > deepening > validated).

Users can access publications according to their role and permissions defined in each step of the workflow. This ensures that only the appropriate users have access to information at each step of the process.

The publications also have a label identifying them as a idea, a projecta resourcea functionality, a problemetc. The labels to categorize them clearly and make them easy to find for users:
