MARYLINK, a simplified joint-stock company whose registered office is at 2A Chemin de la Dame, Montélimar (26200, Drôme, France), registered with the Montélimar Trade and Companies Register under number 804 847 846, publishes and operates the website www.marylink.io and the Marylink platform (the “Site”).
MARYLINK gives absolute priority to protecting your data. Your data is processed in accordance with this policy and our terms of sale. MARYLINK is the GDPR data controller for the personal data collected and processed on the Site, and complies with European and French law, in particular Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 (GDPR) and French law No 78-17 on data protection.
Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. To exercise them, write to contact@marylink.io or by post to MARYLINK, 2A Chemin de la Dame, 26200 Montélimar, France. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
To let users fully benefit from the services, MARYLINK collects various information. Providing data is voluntary; you may object at any time from your account, by email or by post. Users must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
We collect technical information about the device used (IP address, operating system, browser, language, screen size), as well as referrer and exit links. This data is kept for security purposes, for the strictly necessary duration. We use a privacy-friendly audience-analytics solution to collect anonymous browsing data. Online forms may be used for commercial prospecting and email sending, subject to your explicit consent.
Creating an account collects only: your email address, the organization you belong to, your position, and your password. This data is necessary to access certain parts of the Site.
Once the account is created, information created and exchanged via our services is automatically recorded (connection times, messages, published content). You may optionally enrich your profile; you retain the right to restrict access to this information from your privacy settings.
MARYLINK undertakes not to sell, rent or otherwise provide your personal information, except: with your consent; to comply with the law or a court decision; to protect the rights, property or safety of the Site, its members or the public; or to provide the Site's services and features where necessary. MARYLINK's internal departments and its providers are the only recipients of the data processed.
To deliver the service, MARYLINK relies on subprocessors selected for their security and data-localization guarantees, in particular:
Each subprocessor is bound by a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement (DPA). An up-to-date list of subprocessors is provided on request.
Information is stored on the company's servers or those of its subprocessors for recording and processing, and kept as long as necessary to provide the services. You may request deletion of your data by email to contact@marylink.io; in line with the legal framework, it will be deleted within a maximum of one month. Data needed to establish proof or kept under a legal obligation may be archived.
For guidance, the main retention periods are as follows:
The Site uses cookies, small files stored on your device that identify you as a user. They are used only with your explicit consent, collected via a banner on your first connection. You can change your consent by disabling cookies in your browser; some features may then stop working.
MARYLINK implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to preserve the security and integrity of data, notably against alteration, accidental loss, disclosure or unauthorized access. Access to your account is protected by a password you must keep confidential. In case of unauthorized use, inform MARYLINK without delay at contact@marylink.io.
Where the platform is used as part of an initiative launched by an organization, MARYLINK acts, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, only as that organization's processor. The organization alone then determines the purposes and means of processing, and data is processed only on its documented instructions, unless otherwise legally required.
