MARYLINK provides an AI platform in SaaS mode. These terms of sale define the conditions of use and the obligations of the parties. Any order or use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
These terms govern access to and use of the MARYLINK platform. They apply to all subscriptions taken out via the official website.
Professional clients. The platform and these terms are intended exclusively for professional clients (companies and organizations) acting for purposes within the scope of their business. The offer is not aimed at consumers; the consumer-mediation scheme therefore does not apply.
Orders are placed exclusively online, with secure card payment. Once the order is placed, your dedicated platform <your-name>.marylink.net is provisioned automatically.
The founder program is aimed primarily at the first companies building with us. It grants a preferential rate and direct support on the first use cases. Places are limited and the offer closes with the launch phase.
A free 15-day trial starts when the platform is made available. The customer may cancel at any time during this period, free of charge. Absent cancellation, the subscription (monthly or annual) is billed automatically at the end of the trial.
The subscription is billed per seat: €30 per seat per month (excl. VAT), with AI included in the platform core, and a minimum of 10 seats. Optional modules may be added (+€2 per seat per module). Above 100 seats, a custom offer is provided. Additional services are billed immediately, without a trial period. MARYLINK reserves the right to change its pricing with 30 days' notice.
The platform is delivered in French, with French-language customer support available via the client portal.
Subscriptions renew automatically. The customer may terminate at any time from their portal; billing stops at the end of the current period. No refund is due for termination during a period.
The subscription includes access to the platform, the functional core (spaces, publications, roles, discovery, evaluation) and integrated AI. Normal use is covered; for very high volumes or a dedicated model, conditions are scoped together. Additional services do not benefit from a trial period.
A guaranteed availability rate of 99.9% applies, excluding planned maintenance or exceptional events. Maintenance operations are subject to 48 hours' notice.
The platform is hosted within the European Union, on GDPR-compliant infrastructure. MARYLINK implements best practices for data protection. The customer remains responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Customer data is never used to train third-party AI models.
Support is provided via the client portal, with ticket management. Response times vary by subscription and urgency. Premium support is available as an option.
MARYLINK provides no warranty as to the accuracy of results produced by the AI; the customer assumes responsibility for them. MARYLINK's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the customer over the last 12 months. Indirect damages and loss of business are excluded.
All content, tools and technologies of the platform are the exclusive property of MARYLINK. The customer has a limited, non-transferable right of use. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Content produced by the customer belongs to them; it can be exported (native PDF export).
French law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Commercial Court of Romans (Tribunal de Commerce de Romans). The parties will seek an amicable solution before any litigation.
Subscribing constitutes acceptance of these terms. MARYLINK may amend them with notice given by email or via the portal, the changes taking effect at the next billing period.
